Lekkus ERP
Lekkus ERP · now in the cloud

Your whole company, from the order to the tax invoice, with no server to maintain

Lekkus has handled purchasing, inventory, sales, invoicing and finance since 2002. The new generation runs in the cloud, updates itself, and uses artificial intelligence to solve what used to become a support ticket nobody answered.

No installation, no server on your premises, no downtime to update.

A system installed on the company's own server charges a price that never appears on the invoice

Anyone who has run an ERP in house knows the bill: the server that needs maintenance, the update that only happens at night, the backup nobody ever tested, and the tax release that arrives late because somebody has to walk over to the machine.

Server, backup and maintenance

A physical machine, an operating system licence, electricity, and somebody responsible for all of it. In the cloud that cost simply leaves your spreadsheet.

Updates that stop the company

The new version reaches everyone at the same moment, with no maintenance window and nothing to install on any workstation.

Access locked to the local network

A salesperson on the road, an accountant in another office, a partner travelling. Everyone signs in through the browser, the same way, from wherever they are.

Support that depends on you explaining

Here the ticket opens by itself the instant something fails, with the technical context already attached. You do not have to reproduce the problem to prove it happened.

Features

One system, from the first contact to this month's income statement

Every module talks to the next, because they are the same system. The order becomes an invoice, the invoice becomes a receivable, and the receivable shows up in the cash flow with nobody retyping it.

Sales

From the first contact to the signed contract, in one place.

  • CRM with a pipeline
  • Sales orders
  • Service orders
  • Point of sale
  • Contracts

Invoicing and tax

Tax documents through two interchangeable providers, never hostage to one.

  • NFe
  • NFC-e
  • NFS-e
  • Tax settings
  • NCM, CEST and IBPT tables

Finance

The view that answers whether the company is making money, not just billing.

  • Payables and receivables
  • Cash
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cash flow
  • Income statement

Inventory and purchasing

The whole path of the goods, from the request to the shelf.

  • Requisitions
  • Purchase orders
  • Goods receipt
  • Inventory control

Master data

The base every other module reads, registered once.

  • Customers and suppliers
  • Products and services
  • Staff
  • Tooling
  • Assets

Marketing and leads

The capture page and the lead landing straight in the pipeline, with no spreadsheet in between.

  • Landing pages
  • Lead capture
  • Source and campaign (UTM)

Customer contact

WhatsApp and telephony inside the system, on the customer's record.

  • Official WhatsApp (Meta)
  • Virtual PBX
  • SMS
  • Transactional e-mail

Helpdesk

Tickets, projects and tasks for your team, not only for ours.

What no traditional ERP does

Artificial intelligence where it solves something, not where it shows off

This is not a chat assistant glued to the screen. It is the machine taking over the work that used to keep you waiting: understanding the problem, investigating, fixing it and testing before anyone asks.

  1. 1

    The ticket opens by itself

If something fails on your screen, the ticket is born at that instant, in your name, and you get the number on WhatsApp. It works even if you close the tab right away.

  2. 2

The AI understands before the analyst does

It reads your report, rewrites it in technical language, rates the severity and measures its own confidence in that reading. A vague report stops turning into a week of back and forth.

  3. 3

    The fix starts immediately

When the analysis is confident enough, the AI itself investigates the code, writes the fix, runs the tests and hands it over ready for human review.

  4. 4

    Nothing ships without a person

Releasing to production stays a human decision. The machine prepares the whole queue, the team approves. That is why the speed does not cost stability.

Import by document, not by typing

Send the PDF chart of accounts from your accountant. The AI reads it page by page and imports it. On the first measurement in production, 1,311 accounts came out of a 24 page file.

Updates that do not break what worked

Every version clears 8,626 automated tests before it ships. That is what makes it possible to release often without turning your Tuesday into an incident.

AI cost measured, never estimated

Every AI operation records what it consumed and what it cost. You never receive a bill nobody can explain.

Brazilian tax compliance

The tedious part, solved by people who have done it since 2002

Issuing tax documents is not a feature you bolt on at the end. It is what separates a system that works in Brazil from one that only works in the demo.

Two issuing providers, interchangeable

If one provider goes down or changes its policy, the other takes over with nothing rewritten and your invoicing never stops.

Tax tables kept current by our own engine

NCM, CEST, IBPT, CNAE, LC 116 and SINTEGRA, updated without you downloading a spreadsheet.

NFe, NFC-e and NFS-e

Selling to a company, selling over the counter and providing a service, each with the right document.

Company and address lookup on the record

Type the tax number and the details arrive filled in, with the activity code and registration status. Less typing, fewer mistakes on the invoice.

Pricing

The right plan depends on the size of your operation

The number of legal entities, the volume of invoices and the modules you need all move the price. Rather than guess a number, I would rather understand your operation and give you one that holds up.

Questions everybody asks before changing ERP

I already use Lekkus installed on my own server. How does the migration work?

Your data stays yours and the migration is done with you, not over you. It starts with a survey of what exists today, and nothing is switched off before the new version is running with your data inside it.

Do I have to install anything?

No. The system runs in the browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. There is no program to install on any workstation and no server to keep on your premises.

Where does my data live?

In the cloud, with an automatic backup every two hours and ten days of retention in encrypted storage, off the application server. The restore is exercised, not merely promised.

What does the artificial intelligence do with my data?

It is used for operational work: understanding a support ticket, reading a document you asked to import, classifying a record. Every operation is logged, with what it consumed and what it cost.

And if I want to leave?

You take your data. No contract holds your customer base, your products or your tax history inside the system.

Does it issue service invoices for my municipality?

NFe and NFC-e are national. For the NFS-e, which varies by municipality, checking yours is part of the first conversation, before anything is signed.

Let us talk

Tell me about your operation and I will show you the system from the inside

Four fields, and three of them you answer from memory. From the tax number we already arrive at the conversation knowing your company's size and industry, so the time is spent on what matters: what you need to solve.

  • A conversation to understand your operation, not a sales script
  • A demo of the system with the modules that make sense for you
  • A proposal only after we understand your invoice volume and how many entities you have

Type the CNPJ and we fill in the rest for you.

Optional. Tell us here and we arrive with the answer.

We use your details only to get in touch about Lekkus. No mailing list, nothing passed to third parties.
